To protect the health and safety of our patients, their families and our staff from the spread of COVID‐19 in our community and healthcare facilities, Sakakawea Medical Center has updated its visitor restriction policy effective Thursday, March 19, 2020.

Your local healthcare organizations have been closely following recent reports and information about the latest developments with COVID‐19, otherwise known as the coronavirus. We are working closely together to be prepared and we have processes in place per CDC and ND Department of Health requirements. This update provides information on what you can do to help prevent contracting the virus, and what you can expect from your local healthcare professionals should COVID‐19 directly affect you.
