Temporary Relocation of Patient Entrances. The main entrance for patient visits at Coal Country Community Health Center — Beulah Clinic will be the southside vestibule. Please use this entrance for all services except Physical Therapy. Patient’s needing Physical Therapy, will park and enter the facility from the southeast entrance, enter the parking area from 12^th St NW.

Effective Thursday, October 5^th the Main Entrance of SMC that is currently being used to access the clinic, hospital and outpatient services will be temporarily closed until regular business hours on Monday, October 9^th to accommodate construction activities. All staff, visitors and patients will be required to access the hospital for outpatient and/or clinic services through the Emergency Entrance during this time period.

Sakakawea Medical Center has moved into the newly constructed Sakakawea Medical Center located directly south of the old facility. Please use the northwest door for all services including Emergency services. Main Galleria is open 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours, patients and visitors are to ring the buzzer for assistance.

Sakakawea Medical Center will be moving into the new Sakakawea Medical Center beginning Monday, April 3, 2017. The move will take approximately 3 days to complete. During the move, the current (old) facility will remain open for admissions, emergency department visits, and/or other needed hospital care until 6:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, April 5^th, 2017. Services affected during the move are as follows:

This community‐owned, not‐for‐profit organization has endured healthcare changes and all profits are reinvested back into the community’s healthcare needs. One of the most recent investments is a new facility which opened in 2016.
