Color Run/Walk

Join us in Center on Saturday, August 10th during the Oliver County Fair for a Color Run/Walk! The run/walk begins at 9:00 AM. Registration forms are located at Coal Country Community Health Center. $20/per adult, $15/ages 6‐12 and ages 5 and under: FREE. Registration fee includes Oliver County Fair Pass for Saturday.

SMC Beulah Rehabilitation Department Relocation

Effective June 21, 2019 the SMC Beulah Rehabilitation Department will be housed at the CCCHC Beulah Clinic — 1312 Hwy 49 N, Beulah. Patients needing Rehabilitation Services should park and enter the facility from the south entrance. Please call 7018733271 to schedule appointments.

CCCHC Behavioral Health Department Relocation

Effective June 17, 2019 the CCCHC Behavioral Health Department will be located at the main Beulah Clinic — 1312 Hwy 49 N, Beulah. Please call 7018734445 to schedule all Behavioral Health appointments.

Emergency Medical Responder Course
