A free seven-week falls prevention workshop is being offered in Beulah this fall! Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. The class will be offered on Mondays, September 15 - October 27, 2025 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Energy Wellness Center in Beulah. Call Kayla Allmendinger, OTR/L at (701) 748-7276 to register.
