Stepping On is a 7‐week workshop that has been researched and proven to reduce falls in older people. The workshop will be held at the Energy Wellness Center in Beulah and will meet on Wednesday, April 3 to May 15; 10 a.m. ‐ 12 p.m. The workshop is FREE for adults 60 years and older.
