The Hazen occupational therapy and physical therapy staff is back at Sakakawea Medical Center as of Tuesday, July 7. Outpatient services continue in Beulah and Hazen at Coal Country Community Health Center.

Patients experiencing respiratory or COVID‐19 symptoms will be seen during limited hours on a daily basis at our Center and Killdeer Clinics. To ensure the safety of our patients and clinic staff, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with a provider. All patients will be screened appropriately before being seen in the clinic.
