Who
This support group is for anyone who has been through a loss of a loved one and is wanting/needing to heal their heart. This is the place for you to take that first step toward healing.
Why
Beacuse everyone who has lost a loved one needs to heal. This is a safe environment where everyone has been in the same situation you are in. You can find comfort in knowing you are not grieving alone.
* Amy LaVallie, SMC Social Worker, will be the facilitator of this grief class. We will use a guided book and journal that are yours to use during the sessions and keep after the classes are over. We DO NOT CHARGE for this group.
