The Hazen Hospital Auxiliary invites you to a turkey dinner with all the fixings—plus homemade pies—on Sunday, April 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hazen City Hall. Enjoy a delicious meal and support a great cause! Free-will donations are appreciated, with all proceeds going toward the purchase of an InstyMed Machine for Sakakawea Medical Center.

A personal touch for personal care
In March, Paul Doll spent a three-day stay at the hospital in Hazen while receiving IV treatment for diverticulitis, receiving continual and personal care from Amanda Boyer, RN and other doctors and nurses he knew and trusted here in his hometown.
SMC Foundation Golf Tournament

Healing at Home
Despite undergoing a scary illness earlier this year, Kent Larson is now on the mend. He said this was largely due to the quality care provided by nursing staff at the hospital, as well as making use of the outpatient services available at the Sakakawea Medical Center Treatment Room that allowed Kent to spend much of his healing process at home. Kent is pictured here in that treatment room where he received his daily IV antibiotics. Beside him is Molly Nelson, RN, Nursing Care Coordinator, who helped care for him through his healing process.
