A free seven-week falls prevention workshop is being offered in Beulah and Hazen this fall! Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. The classes will be offered on Wednesdays, starting October 9 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Energy Wellness Center in Beulah or from 1 - 3 p.m. at Senior Citizen Center in Hazen.
