A free seven-week falls prevention workshop is being offered in Beulah and Hazen this spring! Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. The classes will be offered on Mondays, starting March 18 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Energy Wellness Center in Beulah or from 1 - 3 p.m. at English Lutheran Church in Hazen. BSC Nursing Program Application is Now Open
In partnership with Coal Country Community Health Center and Knife River Care Center, we offer an onsite practical nursing program through Bismarck State College. The program allows individuals in surrounding communities to pursue a nursing career through non?traditional means and eliminates the need to travel to do so.
