Please join us for the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 25 at Hazen City Hall. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with a free dinner being served at 5:30; and business meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association will be held on Thursday, October 27 at Hazen City Hall. Free blood pressure screenings will begin at 5:00 p.m. Supper will be served at 5:30 p.m., with the business meeting following at 6:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

New Therapy Offered for Patients with Parkinson Disease

People living with Parkinson Disease or other neurological conditions often move differently, with gestures and actions that become smaller and slower. They may have trouble getting around, getting dressed, and with other daily activities. A new therapy offered at SMC can help patients with PD use their body more normally and slow symptom progression. Lisa Fletcher, PT, DPT, recently went through LSVT BIG training to become an LSVT BIG Certified Clinician.
