CCCHC will have providers available for physicals, screenings, and immunizations, call 7017482256 today to schedule those appointments! In addition, health education booths go from 1‐5 pm and local vendors/businesses will be set up from 3‐7 pm. for your shopping pleasure, no appointment needed to shop!
