The annual Hospital Auxiliary Turkey Dinner will be held on Sunday, April 23rd. The dinner is scheduled from 11:00 ‐ 1:00 p.m. at the Hazen City Hall. Free will donations accepted.

The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
